We produce aluminium, bronze alloy castings and different coppery-base alloyes, as well as other alloyes at the purchaser requirement.

Bronze and Brass castings

We produce through castings: inserts, bearings, different pieces subjected to attrition for engine building, metal fittings etc.

We use the following technological processes:

• centrifugally casting

• castings in static iron moulds

• casting in moulding sand

The used alloys: Cu-Sn, Cu-Al, Cu-Pb-Sn, Ni, alloyed bronzes with Si, Mn, Ni, CuZn (brass) aloys as soon as other alloys at the purchaser requirement.

Aluminium alloy castings

We produce through casting: sectional segments in different size and shape for tires vulcanisation die, rotors for turbocompressors, pistons, cases etc.

Technological processes:

• centrifugally casting

• castings in static iron moulds

• pressure casting

• casting in moulding sand

Main alloying constituents are: Si, Cu, Mg and Zn.
