Centrifugally casted tubes

These are used as cooling tubes for different acids below 20% concentration, for chemical fertilizers and soda production as well as cylinders manufacturing (DACIA, ARO, RABA, TRACTORS).

Description:
The tubes are casted through centrifugally iron and allied iron casting an a centrifugally pig machine, after these are worked out at the ends for mounting along shrinkage of the supporting rings. The ends of the tubes will be set in tube plates.

Materials:

  • Fc 150, 200, 250, with hardness: 180-240 HB

  • SR-EN-1561

  • Allied Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu with hardness: 220-280 HB
